Whether you are refinancing or being pre-approved to purchase a home, the first step is to complete your loan application. When you apply online you can securely attach supporting documents such as bank statements and tax returns. Click Apply Now to get started online!

Your Loan Officer Will Contact You

When we have your application in hand, we will order your credit report – we pull a report combining scores specifically for the mortgage industry. Your loan officer will then call you to discuss your loan options.

Gather the Proper Paperwork

Additional documentation will be necessary as the requirements for a home loan are continually changing, so your loan officer and her team will be in regular contact with you while completing your loan file.

Complete The Process – Close On Your Loan!

We will coordinate with the loan closing team (either a closing attorney or an escrow / title company) in order to make your purchase go smoothly. You will sign the final papers at their office.
